When remodeling a home do we use a designer, contractor, or architect? We are doing a minor kitchen remodel, but we also plan on bumping out the back for a family room off the kitchen and dining room. We also would like to add a small guest bath and bedroom to the first floor. There is also a upstairs bath remodel and unfinished basement to do. Where do I start?
